How to Request a Return

Send an email to our customer service team at customer@tonkina.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return. Be sure to include your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.
  • If returning a set or kit, all components must be returned together. Partial returns or empty containers will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including the item’s cost plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return package is received at our processing facility, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
